Dear Parents,

        Welcome to the District 27 J Childcare Programs, and thank you so much for the opportunity to be a part of your child’s life.

        As the directors of the District Childcare programs, our goal is to provide a safe and a fun learning environment for the children, and promote success for each child as a unique individual. We are able to achieve this goal by offering a wide range of activities that promote individual success, team building, and peer mentoring.

        Please read through the Parent Handbook.  It contains the policies and procedures for the programs, as well as important billing and scheduling information.

You will also receive the Registration Forms packet. Please fill out all forms completely, and return them to your child’s site director 24 hours prior to your child’s first day in the District 27 J Childcare Programs.

       Thank you for registering your child in our program. I hope your child will enjoy the school year with us!!

Parents, it is very important that when your child will not attend the afterschool program that you let either the Director or one of the staff members on duty know!!

Also, remember if there is no school, even if its just no school for Kindergarten, there is no care!!  There are several days in October and in March during fall and spring conferences when kindergarten does not attend but 1st - 5th does.  This means there is NO care for kinders during this time. 

Parents, please remember that you are required to walk your child into the classroom and sign them in EVERY DAY.  This is for your childs safety as well and a requirement by the state.

Welcome back students and parents!

Please remember that ALL registration packets are due back no later than Monday August 17th!  Your child will be dis-enrolled in the program without this packet having been turned in.
